Whats the Best app to buy medicines?

I am from Kolkata and the best way I've seen is a local medical store my brother found which provides 20-21% off on medicines. We bring medicines so many times from them now he have good connection or friendship with them so incase if we purchased any medicine and then not used a single pills from any medicine sachet so we can return the medicine and get back our money totally. Usually any app gives 10-15%

Try to find in your city such medical stores which can provide you more discount amd return back your money if the medicine is not used.

I go to a local guy and wife who run a small well stocked shop and give 15% off. I see his kids playing around in the store sometimes - gives me a feeling of satisfaction that I can somehow support a hard working family instead of browsing through a bunch of apps.

I do a 2 step process if I have few minutes...

1. Check prescribed medicine on 1mg or medplusmart. Find its exact alternative of a reputed brand like cipla, mankind, zydus, etc. Usually I'm able to find, but if not, I go with doc prescribed. This step itself usually saves me 15-20%, sometimes more, sometimes less. Sometimes no discount but still, brand quality is good.

2. Now order these alternate meds on 1mg or Amazon or truemeds, whichever gives best discount. Usually its truemeds. Easily save 30-40% as compared to what local pharmacy would have charged. In my area, no local pharmacy store goves more than 10%, so they're there only for emergencies. Also, no online medicine app/seller has ever rejected my Rx medicine order due to alternative medicines. If salt is same, they mostly approve directly, else approve after a call.
