Best 0 Balance and 0 Charges Bank Account for UPI transaction?

My aadhar address is different from my current address. Out of jio payment bank and indusind, which zero balance bank account can I open online? If possible, new bank account in non-aadhar linked mobile number

Use Payment banks for 10-20 UPI trnxs bcoz high risk of account freeze with physical banks 👺

And zero balance high transaction customer are being recognised by the bank as hig risk customer 

And even you hold balance in RBL  they feels like you are using their money for UPI trnxs even if you provide proofs they will do EDD

I request simply use UPI lite, if no need to pay any charges

 You can also check indusind select or exclusive account but only for legend or pinnacle cc
