I had no issues in withdrawal every month for last 15+ months, My last withdrawal request is pending from 12th May.
I reached out to their support email and standard response that it will be credited ASAP.
Tried to reach out on twitter, and saw many other users whose withdrawal is pending and all are given similar excuses that it will be credited ASAP.
Anyone else having similar experience?

i initiated withdrawal of 14K on 11 May and it was credited in my account on 13th May without any issues . ,maybe some technical issue in your case.
