BBNow Gift Card Redemption Error

I am trying to add BBNow gift card in BBNow app.
I was able to add 5 GVs without any issues. When I try to add next, it throws an error " Oops! Gift Card Redemption Limit Exceeded. Please try after some time! "
Then I tried after one hour - still the same error, I tried after one day - still the same error, I tried after 2 days - still the same error.

It allows only 5gv addition in 24 hours from app... Try after a day it will go through

You can add only 5 BB GVs in 24 h from the time of first GV redemption. After 24 h you can add GV again. GV redemption is only available on BB app, the website is now incompatible for GV redemption.

I have faced similar issue on the app, try redeeming on website, also try using chrome browser then it allowed me upto 20 vouchers.
