How is this company ? and their products ? service ?
I was looking for kids battery jeep -

I got cheaper at firstcry (8900) .. thus placed an order and waiting for delivery .
I have a account at baybee.co.in and my cart had the same item .. i got call from baybee webiste that if i buy from thier website at higher price i will get better service , spare parts , support etc .. which is not possible if i get from 3rd party sellers like fc , amz etc .
such bullshit ? what are my option now ? cancel the fc order too and forget this jeep / product .
or i have some better alternative ? fighting points ? LOL

but my concern is about issues arrising after 15-20 days of usage .
i am unable to findy can contact details of the company and the CS number never picks up ... lol , such is the scene before delivery / purchase .
Kindly tag chennai dimers , as this company is tamil nadu listed . .. and i got call from chennai .
Please tag captain too .. if available he can dig best on the company and other details .
Rceieved item from FC , parts and overall product looks good / strong ... durability can say after few months of usage only .
have to go thru installation woes , took 3+ hrs LOL , tires were moulded plastic , extra plastic .. so fitting issues .. have to burn / drill .. LOL (without causing damage)
Overall product is VFM .. considering all features etc .
Expression of my baby girl = priceless ,so GOD bless baybee .
