Battery life cycle

Proved correct in case of 2 Redmi devices. Battery health didn't fall below 80% until 5-6 years. Powered almost 16 hours a day but in later years I  limited charging to 60% to further slow down the degradation. In their 8th year battery health down to 70-odd %. Impressive as Xiaomi doesn't implement any feature to minimise battery degradation unlike several other OEMs. Only the bare minimum that can be done by the user via root.

yes works not myth but with current fast charging battery degrade faster than older 10w phones so no matter what u do with fast charge battery will be over in 3-4 yrs max
