Bars of soap received instead of an expensive phone

Date of placing the order was 26th November 2018.Ordered mobile phone Honor 8X(Blue 4GB RAM,64 GB storage) to be delivered to Bengaluru,Karnataka.On the day of delivery, missed the call so the delivery person refused to deliver after giving a call back. The next day the delivery person refused to accept the OTP saying that the wrong OTP has been given and threatened to walk out if the correct OTP was not given in the next 2 minutes.The OTP was accepted on the third try. After opening the package there were 2 bars of wheel soap in a phone box of Samsung brand.Immediately contacted Amazon and sent all the proof on email with photos and bill and co-operated at every stage with the investigation by Amazon team. After 8 days of “investigation” by Amazon they sent a mail saying that their conclusion is that they have sent the correct product and explanation is OTP and tamper-free packaging and now refusing to give refund and not even replacement.Executives on the phone are like parrots repeating the same sentences that they have been trained to say whenever there is a problem and not interested at all.At least Indian origin companies like Flipkart,Snapdeal give replacement.Lost such a huge part of my savings and hard earned money behind this fraud.Such injustice is absolutely heart-breaking.Wish I could attach photos of the soap
