Which one cause I have Sapphiro and that gives access to normal lounge with dreamfolks. For the premium one we need Priority Pass.

Anyway, now there's a spend based criteria for unlocking lounge access. So, RuPay Platinum debit card emerges out as the best option.
You didn't mention credit/debit card, so, I went ahead and checked for debit card too and it's not available there as well.
