Bandhan Bank PDF password has wrong formatting

Been trying to download account statement and interest certificate from their net banking and mobile app, the pdf that gets downloaded is password protected and the pop up mentions what the personalized password format is (1st 4 letters in caps of 1st name followed by DDMM birthday without spcaes), but that combination doesnt work ever.

Is it same for you guys?
