my bajaj wallet is blocked and customer care told that suspicious activity detected and it will be not unblock I was just loaded 5k with tide prepaid card

not used fake kyc, i already submitted my pan card, bank account statement and tide account statement too, but they are denying to unblock the account

i was nothing done just loaded 5k with tide prepaid, i have some funds in wallet and they are not transferring wallet amount

Bajaj asking to do offline kyc citing recent change in RBI guidelines.I had already full kyc ac.But Now wallet transfer deactivated.Anybody else got this?

If not used fake kyc then mail. Them then as obvious RBI
