Bajaj pay wallet blocked

My my Bajaj pay wallet has been blocked yesterday and after that it was showing if I send my PAN Card details with self attested copy and statement of my bank account to Bajaj pay official then my wallet will be unblocked but even after sending the details I got message that my Service ticket resolved without any resolution so I contacted them on Twitter and they asked me to send the details by DM and I sent the details & Strangely today I got a call from them to send my credit card statement of last 3 months but I don't know why
it's annoying because there is no connection between credit card statement and my Bajaj pay wallet..

The biggest scammer Bajaj closes your ticket without resolving the issue. And they do it mostly every time. No customer care to call over the phone.
They are getting worse day by day.

Bajaj is a Fraud, They are giving 10% discount on all Toll Transactions. That is purely a false promise. You even can't reach their executive. The will close your complaint without resolving the issue and you can't do anything.

@techguruashwin They unblocked my wallet after pan upload but after several follow ups.

If you have balance then try to unblock it otherwise leave.
Complain to RBI ombudsman.
