Just need to inform you that I have made the payment for my electricity bill through PayTm and the amount of 1480 has been deducted from my mother’s card which I used to pay my electricity bill.
I already had a word with Paytm and they informed me that I’ll be getting the money back. I tried to contact you many times but you customer care number doesn’t exist.

Hi Team,
I made the payment for my electricity bill, but still the bill is the same can you please check.
From my bank the amount has been already deducted 1480
My Consumer number is 000101880724
I received the text as well from Paytm that your bank just confirmed a successful payment of 1480 and order ID is 2998312443.
Kindly check your system and let me know what’s going on.
I don’t know what kind of services Paytm provide and it’s not about one time, This same issue I faced thrice.
