Bad Service/PRoduct

I ordered a customized wall clock along with other items from them. After a few days I received and email asking for better quality image, but they never told for which item they were asking high qulity image. After mailing to almost half dozens of their email address I got to know for which item they are asking the changed image. I got busy meanwhile and could not give them better image. Now after two days of this some executive from them called me up and told about it, I told them I will send the within one more day. Within 1 hour I received an email saying they are printing the item with old image. When I called them they said it can’t be changed.
Now my complain is they took almost 4 days to tell me for which product they need image.
When I got late by 2 days they rushed the wrong item.
Never gonna purchase from them again.
Bad service.
