Bad return policy

I tried purple site first time to purchase cosmetic before that I was a loyal customer of Nykaa. But I received leaked products and the return policy is really bad I filled return 3 time on site and 2 times on call but for no reason they keep on rejecting the same inspite of the attached picture of the product leaking from the cover they rejected the order. So overall I would say plzz don’t shop from here as they don’t treat their customers like Nykaa do. There is no hassle in returning product purchased from Nykaa. They need to understand that after sales service is as important as before sale services.
