Bad quality Chinese frame no replacement on breakage

I bought expensive John Jacob frame thinking new York brand with Kodak progressive lenses for 8000 Rs from lenskart store in GIP mall. it took 15 days to arrive and were immediately returned due to bad glass fitting. took another 10 days to arrive. still some issues so went to their store in sector 18 which replaced it again. the fitment was really bad and visited store several times to tighten it. in 13th month from 1st purchase it broke into two…this is supposed to be sturdy frame with acetate plastic. Store has no policy to replace the glasses even though I was willing to pay for frame. bad.expereince won’t but again from them.
