Dear Customer,
We're updating our fee structure for Wallet Loading and Utility Payment transactions on credit card, effective from statements generated in October 2024.
1. Utility Payment Transactions: Cumulative utility payment transactions up to 225,000 in a statement cycle will not attract any fees. If your total utility payments exceed 225,000 in a cycle, a fee of 1% plus applicable GST will be levied on the entire utility payments amount spent during that cycle.

Meet Rohan. who uses his credit card to pay his utility bills. His statement cycle runs from the 1st to the 30th of each month.
Utilities Month 1: -
Electricity bill: 8000 - Water bill: 3000 - Gas bill: 2000 - Total utility spend: 13,000 (less than 25000) No additional fee is charged, as the total utility spend is below 25000.

How many people are actually paying more than 25k in utilities? It's very reasonable. It's bad news only for businesses, who shouldn't be using a personal card for this anyway, or people who just were crowdsourcing their expenses for lots of people.

Indusind RuPay credit card walo ki watt lag gaya. Hidden loot over October se.
Halaki thora sa loot sakte hai per billing cycle, par dhayan se Rs0.01 bhi extra pay ho gaya toh pura 1%+GST cut lega.

School fee me koi restriction nahi hai na? Ham to utility pay nahi karte.. bas bank account me lete hain.. ye log utility kyo tag karte hain pata nahi 🤐
