bad customer service and prescription on lens is wrong, they would not take a return.

Their lens are not perfect and precise as they stated. I ordered two pairs of ray-bans from lens-kart. they made the lens wrong with wrong prescriptions on both. they would not take a return, I proved that they made a mistake by getting them checked by the doctor and they made a mistake, I contacted them within 5 days of delivery. They asked for proof I gave them proof. I paid about 14500 to them and it’s been almost a month and all they keep saying is our records show that we gave the right prescription. after doctors note they would not agree that they made a mistake. So do not get fooled by low prices and their false advertisements about the precise lens. I have been in touch with you, I don’t usually write reviews but I wish I talked to someone before ordering. My friend’s order was delayed so much and he left India so he never got his glasses. His mom have astigmatism like me as well and her lenses were the wrong prescription. He mentioned that he heated lenskart as well and I wish I talked to him before purchasing from you. So I am writing reviews everywhere possible so people won’t trust your company and get nothing out of their money like I and my friends did.
