Axis privilege joining benefits

Few months ago got axis privilege credit card and got joining benefits of 25k edge reward points but as per my understanding it should have been 12.5k edge reward points why they have credited double points? Also i have redeemed them as multi brand vouchers 5k*2 but now when i am trying to claim it myntra is not available is it normal, will it come back in coming days??
