My CITIBANK Salary account has been migrated to AXIS Bank Priority Account and looks like it has unlimited Lounge access. This is the paper that came with the debit card. However I cannot find any information about this UNLIMITED benefit for self and guests on the AXIS website Can anyone shed light on this?

You can use dreamfolks to see the lounges available. I have used the card, post migration and it does has unlimited access ( checked both at lounge ) and app.
There are no additional guests allowed ( dreamfolks didn't check at lounge)

There is nothing on main website page.
The third document above mentions though:

Bro it's Axis, don't trust them. Have seen too many issues with them. Now thinking of closing my citi salary account and shift to HDFC.
