Axis Neo Credit card variant Master or Rupay

Since I migrated from CITI to Axis. I got pre-approved NEO card Master variant. Want to know can I apply/get Rupay variant?
Instead of changing variant I prefer to have both(Both have 0 Annual fee). Will be useful for me if have two NEO cards for zomato offer (AXISNEO). Rupay variant will be used for UPI transactions.

TWO NEO cards not possible in axis I think
in axis one card variant will replace the other card variant
so if you apply rupay while having master the master will get replaced
this is what i got advised in past from CC

Some person's already have two axis airtel cards (visa , mc) and interesting thing is that they was having option to apply rupay varient as well 
Currently rupay varient removed for all user

Axis is showing upgrade offer for MyZone card to LTF Neo Rupay. But last month I already got LTF Neo Mastercard. I have ICICI Coral rupay card for UPI transaction. so should I take this offer or not?
