Axis Flipkart Cc Blocked by Bank for Non Personal Usage

Hello All, Today I have received an email from axis Bank that my axis Flipkart credit card will be closed due to non personal usage in the past 3 months. But as I checked my transactions have been very limited. The only concerning transaction I see is 1 single iPhone booked for my friend in the month of October. They have asked for proof or invoice of the transactions but I don't know which transaction I should share. I have been allowed 30 days to revert or my card will be permanently closed. Anyone else who has faced such an instance and could guide me to keep the card active.
