Could be poor axis bank call center guy as well, as they are first point of contact to receive calls before the lazy top officials, who just make policies to meet their KPIs 😉

First they allowed choice between 10-15 pri approved credit cards to existing users and now devaluation. I too dont feel positive about it. I was almost going to apply..
