AXIS Credit Cards DE/REVALUATION with INCREASED CHARGES but "rent no more 1%" and edge points redemption charges?

Hello Dimers,

I have 3 axis cards (received for Myzone and Ace now, waiting to see what will i receive for Neo)

Edit: received Neo one too, adding it

These are the new set of conditions from Dec 20 2024 

1) Redemption charges of 99+GST for Edge reward points 

2) 1% charge on wallet load more than Rs.10,000 a statement cycle

2a) 1% charge on online skill based game sites

2b) 1% utility charges... etc

3) Finance cost increased to 3.75%

4) REMOVED - RENT TRANSACTION CHARGES 1%
