Hello Dimers,
Today i thought to check my axis rupay credit card on axis mobile app "Axis Open" but viola it vanished when i try to peek the credit card dashboard
Anyone facing this issue?? with axis after recent upgrade of their platform on last Sunday????

hmm its weird actually, I have 3 axis credit cards
my other 2 card (myzone and ace) are getting displayed in credit card section
only this 3rd card vanished INSIDE CREDIT CARD SECTION, but its transactions in home screen is visible in transaction history
i thought this is a bug and using which to apply 4th card xDDDD hahahaha my luck didnt work out, still no successful way to apply 4th card grrrr for me

Finally figured, contacted customer care and they said my card is temporarily blocked by monitoring team for suspicious transactions , received a mail for this suspicious transaction 4 days back from axis bank i thought they wont block it lol but they did lol grrrrr
which is why it is not visible inside credit card section
now contacted customer care and they took a request to unblock
