Axis CC Email Statements after Citi migration

After Citi migration to Axis (after July 2024), has anyone experienced that the CC statements are not being sent over email. Last month, I thought, it was a fluke but this month too, I haven't received email statements. Anyone in the same boat as me? Any solution to this, apart from writing to customer care? TIA.

I've received the last 3 months statements from [email protected]. You should reach out to customer care

Check your inbox which was registered with citi.

These axis with their fucked up IT infra. They started sending my axis email automatically to the email which was registered with CITI after the migration and this email had absolutely no connection with axis at all.

I think it's safe to say that you had both citi and Axis accounts and you decided to continue with citi->axis post merger (when citi asked whether you want to terminate the relationship with citi).

Sometimes, the statements are delayed and so are the transaction emails, so didn't bother much about last month but when I looked up this month, found no email statement, transaction emails and hell, no email intimations whatsoever after 15 July 2024 (around the time they finally migrated citi to Axis). I tried to reset the activate e statement via net banking but the e-mail field is all gayed out, the update button next to it redirects to a page which doesn't exist anymore. I believe you will have similar observation.
