You have to wait for 3 to 7 days. It will be auto reversed, if not then raise a complaint with your bank.

Guys, i made a payment to my Axis cc from Navi app 2 days ago, Transaction is successful but it's still not credited.
Due date was yesterday , so, i just paid again yesterday using canara setu app to be on safe side. This was credited instantly.
Now, how should I proceed to get refund of that pending payment as it's still not credited to cc ?

Cheq credited the payment made on 3rd November 7AM, at evening of 6 November 24. Due date was on 4th November.

Update : It just got credited to my cc now. Will call customer care and ask for refund (or) move it to my other axis cc whose bill is pending..

Axis had some issue I think ... Lot of cc payment delayed... Mine paid on 2nd nov .. not credited. Today I checked cc statement payment reflecting with 2nd nov date .. it was not there yesterday . No notification too
