Axis Bank My zone credit card no more LTF??

Recently due to problems from the axis customer care service issue I close my Axis Bank myzone credit card.
When I check later on on the website it looks like this credit card is no more lifetime free I have checked different Pan and mobile number and it shows like no lifetime free.
Now I am little regretting to close this card since post closing I am able to get the few offers on the recharge like ₹184 off which is 5% of total value and also updated on swiggy as well.
But I can see the coupon code google_ltf. Which means LTF?
Anyway to get this card again lifetime free?

Once in a month utility bills 5% instant discount.
Once in a month 5% in front discount on mobile recharges.
For mobile recharge I received almost 145 rupees of around on 3000 spend or annual recharge
visit nearest axis branch. They occasionally have ltf offers when u apply through branch offline
Apply via any affiliate portal which will give you around 2-3 years fees back after approval
