Axis Bank Addon card query

I too talked to them nearly a week ago and while they did not say anything about the temp suspension of add-on cards, they do tell me that such option is not available in the app. Then I don't remember this well, but it can either be done via the call or bank visit.

Have run after these Axis jokers for months now, since Feb 2024.

Customer care says they cannot take request, it can be done either from app or offline through branch.

App throws some weird error that other person has multiple CIFs, even though there is only 1 active CIF.

Some branches say offline request cannot be taken, only via app or customer care, looping in an infinite cycle Lol.
Some branches say they can take request, but it'll not proceed as physical request for addon cards is currently on hold.
One branch said nothing like that, even took request, but never reverted and nothing even happened. No addon card request was ever placed despite physical request.

Axis is a sh!t joke disguising as a bank.

@atx88 my story is opposite haha... i called them to tell them that i havent receive the credit card after application.After multiple calls i received a card which was not same number as the app, but bill was same.  So i was using for the last two three years. Now got a Credit limit increase which did not work when i tried sending SMS. On calling i am told the card is not yet reached me 😂 and when i asked what card i was using for the last two years, they are telling me i have two addon cards created under the same card under same name. only god know how they sent two cards on the same name without even me knowing it. i told i wanted to close the first card as it is of no use to me as it has not reached. They talked me into accepting for the replacement of the same last month. SR was created and was told the card will be delivered in a week and now it is almost a month.
