Axis Ace - Cashback not credited for GPAY UTILITY Payments

I have made around 6k worth of GPAY UTILITY ELECTRICITY Bill transactions on my Gpay using my Ace credit card. Every month I used to get 5% cashback but this month I haven't received any cashback for my transactions.
Did something change again with this card?

Usually cashback gets credited by 10th of every month, sometimes it extends till 13-14th but it will be credited before this month's bill generation .
If statement showed cashback then it will be credited

Nothing changed as such... For my statement dated Aug 17, I rcvd cashback credit sms today... And correct cashback, whatever was mentioned in the statement.

There is no change with this card, you'll get 5% cashback if the electricity bill was paid through GPAY.
