Axis account for pre approved credit card offers

I was managing my Father's Flipkart Axis Credit card linked to my number. So, recently I got the phone number changed.
Now I want to apply for Axis card for myself.
My Cibil score is 783 and currently have credit cards from SBI, HDFC, Kotak, ICICI.
Flipkart has that old card linked and Google pay was not offering me Ace. So, I applied for Airtel axis today and it got rejected immediately after vkyc. No sms or email confirming rejection, just the window displayed "We could not verify your details, your application has been rejected". While Airtel app is still showing vkyc option, Axis website showing no such application exist.
So, now I am thinking of opening Axis Saving account (Easy Access or Liberty) to get preapproved offers.
1. Do Axis offer preapproved credit card offers after few months of account opening?
2. If yes, then is Easy Access enough for such offers or I need to have Liberty account?
3. What should be the transaction pattern in saving account? High or Low?
4. Is there any possibility of approval of current Airtel cc application ?

Customer ID was already having Dad's phone number. Only credit card was having my number. So updated number in Credit card. Netbanking is showing his phone number in Customer profile and it was same before updation also.
So, I think now my number is not available in their records.

But they will ask for Income proof. Wanted to apply without Income proof.

You would be having a secondary number, apply via that number for any card in Axis. Later change the number.
It might be possible that the mobile number change happened only for FK Axis card and not for customer id.
