I ordered a product on 21st Oct 2012 and I was delivered a faulty product on 25th Sep 2012.
It was a Targus wireless mouse – the batteries were leaking, the mouse had scratches all over and was all sticky and gummy.. it was an old manufactured product which had been delivered to me

I immediately rang them up, sent them email and asked for a refund, for the next 10 days,I was said that the refund is in progress. And later I came to know that the entire stock of mice was rotten and they took it off their website..

Finally, after a lot of followups – when I asked for the status as no money happened to reflect (as refund) in my account – I was promised a Targus Armor Mouse as a replacement and I was asked to hand over the current faulty product, which I duly did on 10th Oct 2012.

Since that day-I have been following up daily and there is no progress and yesterday I was said that the product is not in stock and a money refund is being processed. This seems to be a blatant lie as their website is still accepting orders for Targus Armor Mouse.
I was told that the money would be refunded and would reflect in my account by Friday 19th Oct

This is extremely poor service – everyone has been lying through the teeth blatantly.
Everyone promises a callback within the next 24 hours and till date the only person to have ever ring me up happens to be the courier boy who wanted to pick up the faulty good.

I have been sending emails, giving complaints /feedback through the website – but not one is even being picked up or even replied back.

Is this professionalism? Is this what the Tata brand stands by?
They claim ‘Easy Returns’ and ‘Money Back Guarantee’ – what about the hassles & head ache that I am going through?

The only consolation is that I spent not a huge sum but Rs 294 to realize that its best to stay away from them..
