Auto pay - Mobile Prepaid recharges in Bill Pay or any other website?

Is it possible in Bill pay?
Is there any website to auto pay "Mobile Prepaid Recharges" like scheduling or something? anyone know
Reason is I want to make my credit card automate payments as credit card does it for "mobile postpaid", i want similar thing for "mobile prepaid", is this really achievable in prepaid recharges?

Simpl app laughing in the corner
Simpl app still dont have any Prepaid autopay 
sadly and its charging convenience fee for any recharges lol so technically it might laugh but we should cry because unable to use Simpl for recharges with that dumb convenience fee for even Rs. 107 recharge
Hence Simpl bill pay is discarded in my opinion no use
Axis App Autopay gives CB 15+20+30 on first three recharges above 200+200+200
Yes axis do give CB for only 3 recharges (which is actually manual pay for prepaid)
but i need autopay not manual pay, bill pay portal (which axis bank and hdfc bank and any other NBFC like Simpl uses as base api) dont support autopay for prepaid, that technology is not there
so any platform that support "prepaid AUTOPAY"?
looking for convenience not CB so you know any platform for prepaid autopay? (not referring postpaid autopay)

HDFC Bank BP gives Autopay
what i mean to say is.. only autobill generated bill works with HDFC Bank Bill Pay Portal, for other things we have to manually click and pay without forgetting which is a hazzle
