Go to service center. I guess they won't replace audio jack or board unless you convince them.
seems to be software issue but you can ask service center guys to check.
I recently bought Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 mobile running on stock android 10. After purchase I did a factory reset before using. Everything is fine on mobile but sound quality is very poor when listening audio through earphones.
Earphone model is Boat Bassheads 100. earlier I used this earphone for my Samsung j3 pro and enjoyed high quality audio without any changes in settings. But Zenfone Max Pro m2 audio quality is very poor like 300rs mp3 player. I feel like I'm hearing sound from an external speaker through a plastic pipe in my ear
but i noticed that the VLC player's Audio quality is superb when "OpenSL ES" option is selected at "audio output" option in VLC player audio settings. But the audio quality is still worst when listening audio in other apps like YouTube, file manager, etc. So what should I do to get the high quality audio in every app? Can anyone please tell me the solution.

Bro this device had lots of bugs lol..
Android 10? Bruh, what made you purchase a device that's released in December 2018? 🤔
I bought it for Rs.564 including fees and charges But the device came without battery so I spent another Rs.1000 for a new battery. total cost Rs.1564
This is a known issue with Max Pro series. I had Max Pro M1. Sound quality was bekaar in Android 10 so I downgraded to Android 9. There is nothing you can do except downgrade the OS to Android 9. Sound quality is top notch in Android 9.
Hey, i am looking for the same device to buy. Where can i find one? Plz let me know
This is an old mobile released in 2018. Currently, there is no other option to buy this model except the second-hand mobile market.
