AU Zenith CC LTF without SwipeUp

About 6 months ago, I had applied for AU Small Finance Bank Zenith CC via SwipeUp portal and was getting it LTF as well.

But, my application was rejected as the address mentioned in Aadhaar was not under their serviceable area even though I was applying for Pune under serviceable area.

So, the thing is, now 6 months are over, I can apply for AU SFB CC again. My Aadhaar address is still not under serviceable area as per AU SFB. My current residence and office residence comes under serviceable area in Pune and I've proof of residence as well for the same.

It's evident that my application will be rejected again if applied via SwipeUp portal, so, how can I get it LTF through other channel?

UPDATE :

It's been more than 6 months since last attempt of applying for AU SFB credit card. I tried again yesterday via SwipeUp portal, it asked for mobile number, authenticated via OTP. Then I entered PAN, clicked on 'Next' and out of the blue got the message "It's not you, it's us. We're unserviceable in your area and will be coming soon"

I didn't even enter any address, what's the deal with AU Small Finance Bank?

I think you got KYC issue, not due to aadhaar address.

Apply it again, and be present when they call for physical KYC either at office address or new residential address, or both.

I didn't even reach the stage of completing my application.

I very well know that it was because the address fetched automatically from Aadhaar didn't come under their serviceable area and hence the rejection.

And you didn't even enter CC details for C2C?

Then it fetched data from CIBIL?

No association with them in any form.

Why don't you simply update your aadhar? It is not wise to keep an address on aadhar which is not current. It used for almost every financial service these days. Just update it and forget other jugads.

The thing is my current residential address is temporary as it's a flat I had purchased and took possession recently. Now, there's no certainty that I'll be staying here or it will be rented out.

Long story short, Aadhaar address update won't happen anytime recently, will see later on but not at this moment.

@sahil1033 I had same issue. It's because your old Credit Card application lead is not deleted from their system. Call them and tell them it's 6 month now and you want to apply fresh. They will delete the lead. But again if you aadhaar address is not servivlceable system will automatically reject

You're right, it's taking the same Lead ID, I've emailed them to delete it.

I'm thinking to apply once again, let's see what happens fingers crossed

AU Credit Card Process is one of the worst.

I faced same issue. Previous Credit Card application lead is not deleted from their system. Call/Email (Email preferred) them and request to delete old lead. They will delete the lead.

Once deleted, apply fresh, a new cibil enquiry will be made. Do not select the address you used earlier rather give the address from Pune. They will do physical verification of the address of you don't hold account. If you hold account they won't do verification.

PS: Mostly you won't get Zenith this time. You can try arguing that you received Zenith last time and see how things proceed.
