AU Small Bank Asking for a short video

I raised a complaint for not able to login to rewards portal. In reply of the mail AU asking for a short video !!

Till now we use to send screenshot for errors to banks but now video.

I dont understand why they want a video? Its a login problem that they can easily check and solve.

This video banking creating more problems then solving.

only in AU app i seen this "video banking option" actually (i never used it till now)

so they are getting customers to use video banking in reverse too i guess xDDD for complaints

They are asking for short video for a problem that has nothing to do with video. "Login problem"

Ye bank mera ek acc.. direct close kar diya..freze etc nahi hua.. kahir 16 me se ek kam ho gya
