1. Applied on swipeup platform. Vkyc done, home and office verification done. Final output REJECTED
2. Opened AU saving account. Applied again after cooling off period. But this time cards were not of my intrest so skipped final submission.
3. After the lead id expired again applied fresh but this time swipeup was not able to recognize my existing other bank credit card and auto proceeded with normal credit card application. All cards were offered paid. So again skipped.
4. Today received mail from AU to reapply. Again applied fresh with swipeup. This time xite ace was offered but at the time of limit allotment it rejected. This time the message was apply after 6 month.
My Take away from this.
1. Multiple CIBIL hits
2. Two or three rejection
3. Au saving account open
4.These days banks are very strict while giving cards.
Have many cards and no need of au credit card but because of rejection my ego was hurt and did above things to get card and ended up with decreased CIBIL.

If they know cooling period is not fulfilled then why sending mails to re apply.
What Cards are they offering on Swipe UP nowadays, I was thinking to get the Zenith but seems they are no longer offering it LTF.
my application was rejected in January. i get to apply again in July, how do you think one without income proof should proceed?
C2c Swipeup is the option. I applied as self employed. They did not asked any income proof. Agent was only interested in home and office verification. Asked many many questions. Agent also wanted to talk with my neighbors
AU is real nuts, they do all nautanki and finally reject... They like highly paid salaried, especially govt and in their branch pincodes... I've decided to never apply for any of their services ever, long ago...
Same hdfc doing with me.
3 times reject, 3 times cibil hit. also opened savings account but still rejecting.
Try with agent. My was approved this way. But agent are bit risky. I applied for millennia and guess what? Received money back lol
usually how long it will take for AU lead id to be expired? would be nice to know
They are very strict about Home and office verification. If you are salaried then they'll take your office ID photo and if you are working from home then they'll ask you to send confirmation from Office mail ID. And if you are self employed then You must have Name plate and all (If freelancer) or office space. They won't ask for any documents but they'll verify if office exists or not. For Home verification they'll ask basic questions, take photo and go. If you pass this ipv then 100% they'll approve otherwise forget about it.
They asked too many question at the time of home verification then rejected
I'm frustrated too with my journey of getting an AU SFB credit card.
I had applied last year via SwipeUp and was getting Zenith LTF but was rejected since Aadhaar address was under unserviceable area even though I had provided communication and office address both lying in their serviceable area.
After cool off period, applied again, was getting Xcite Ultra, same thing happened again.
Now, post cool off period, will apply for Lit CC because I just need a CC from them for bank offers, no other agenda. Hoping to apply via some agent so that it gets through this time. But from inside, I'm already hopeless with this arrogant bank and its policies.
Mine pre-approved CC was declined
AU Bank is very strict in KYC unlike others; they even check everything
I have to do 3 times KYC because in Pan card my Dad name as extra A letter
- I got AU lit credit card within 15 - 20 days of opening account I asked for other variants but CC said take 1st AU lit card on your performance we will upgrade in future as it was LTF card I took it
My take of AU Bank - Monthly Interest on Saving Account
- Zero Balance Account
- Platinum Debit Card + LTF credit card
- Offers on big sites regularly
-
No Main Branch System
AU guy came to my home and office for verification
Approved within a week LTF AU LIT
No savings account No previous rejections
1st point Same happened with me, shitty service
