Hi fellow dimers I created a discussion for the same around 2 month ago please find the below link where other users suggested to complain via rbi as this bank customer care never reverse a penny from charges

So post complaint into rbi they agreed to reverse 50% charges but I am still fighting to take intrest on 1k rs only .

OMG That’s terrible! It’s so frustrating when banks don’t cooperate. I hope you manage to get everything sorted out soon.
