Hello Dimers,

I keep getting my transaction getting declined due to bank policy, (3 transaction declined). Followed by a verification IVR call EVERYTIME, that asks me to prove if I did the transaction by pressing 1 lol and i did and still its not allowing me to do further transaction

hmmm is AU this worst of a service??

AU bank Credit card Toll free: 1800 1200 1500.

I am calling their toll free customer care at this very moment (while typing this post) and the call keeps playing song and telling me to wait for 1 SECOND IN LOUD VOICE in between after the rotating the same song again (same status for past 45 mins lol I am fed up)

Damn I can't reach toll free for anyone to pick up the phone grrrrr

is AU Credit card this worst?

Any view and opinion around this, please comment lets see who really has connected to customer care of AU bank successfully after bank working hours

tried calling them (1800 1200 1500) around 6pm on two occasions and got connected instantly 😀, 1) Dial 1800 1200 1500 2) Select 4 for other card services 3) Select 9 to connect to a representative and got connected instantly..

well actually today afternoon finally connected and they said they have that policy mobikwik stealing credit card info and hence they have it on ban list in their bank policy loool

funny worthless AU card lol, they wont let you have any rewards easily this way, cant even use this dumb AU card to top up wallet for 1k
