I have opened AU Small Finance digital saving account and received RuPay Platinum debit card. When I try to load money in Amazon Pay balance, it denies the payment.

I have au credit card. Now when I am trying to open 0 balance online, getting error you already have account. When sent email to au, they are saying online saving account opening is not possible for existing customers😞.

It's like a joke, as the account I applied for is fully digital. Then where's the question of non-serviceable area?
Now, my deposited money will get stuck for around 2 weeks.
AU Bank branch is in same sector and pincode as of mine just 1 km from my place. They have 5-6 branches in Gurgaon.
After doing all formalities including Aadhaar verification with OTP, they flashed a message "Sorry, AU Savings A/c is currently not serviceable at your location".
Ridiculous.
They should have checked that in first step.

Unfortunately started getting a lot of calls selling all kinds of au bank products.. and all these calls are in Hindi, inspite of me repeatedly telling i don't follow Hindi and need English or Kannada. Not sure how to unsubscribe from these calls.
