I have done fastag recharge from justdial app via using paytm upi, first transaction show successfully after blank screw error come, after I check money not credit in fastag balance, money deducted successfully from bank account, but in justdial transaction history is also missing, they don't give proper response even their unable to understand my problem, bank said transaction successfully and settled

Contact bharat connect thru social media they will mark mail to just dial and help you with resolution
And justdial is owned by motabhai fraud ka koi issue ho hi nhi skta
And if service is not delivered then you can raise chargeback with merchant response whatever they responded you
