Since morning I am getting error on Tata new when shopping on big basket, sometimes area is not servicable sometimes we are upgrading etc

Their is change in dark warehouses in/around delhi.
My past 2 order got delayed due to this.
One of the delivery boy mentioned that far distant (wazirabad warehouse ) is in active stage. Dark Warehouse serving our locality has been shut for unknown reasons (cost cutting).
Might be the same reason for unservicable issue/error.
