what if its the customer who filled it and later decided to discard it ?

I know I atleast take 2-3 tries to put my signature correctly 😂 

I see many customers simply throwing the wrongly/incorrect filled form/cheque into the dustbin of bank.

this is for real a concern like once i went to bob, asked for some passbook data for a relative and they just gave it without asking for an id or verification

privacy in india is a joke.
