I am using HDFC swiggy card in OTP message it shows ' AMAZON'
after debit it shows 'AMAZON GIFT CARD' ,
which is not eligible for 5% category for sure

It's Simple Bro, In Otp Message Check Merchant Name & Ensure It Should Be "AMAZON PAY" Not Single AMAZON, Then It'll Be Settled As AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVATE, Which Will Give U 5% Cashback For Sure

Don't unnecessarily spend time on this & wait for typical cb credit in next statement to confirm if getting cb or not. All this merchant name etc are no guarantee of anything as cb is decided at backend which is never publicly shown to user.
