Options offer alternative strategies for investors to profit from trading underlying securities. There's a variety of strategies involving different combinations of options, underlying assets, and other derivatives. Basic strategies for beginners include buying calls, buying puts, selling covered calls, and buying protective puts. There are advantages to trading options rather than underlying assets, such as downside protection and leveraged returns, but there are also disadvantages like the requirement for upfront premium payment.

The main disadvantage of options contracts is that they are complex and difficult to price. This is why options are often considered a more advanced investment vehicle, suitable only for experienced investors.

Dekho thora apko samajhna hoga... you can go for options trading its not bad but going all at once is bad..

by all at once I meaning trading with large money like 50k or greater without a job backup

I hope you are understanding... first start with max 10k not lumpsum or you will create one next post saying 10L loss how to recover it.. you will 100% lose that 10k within sometime... don't feel disheartened at that point as that happens with almost every retail trader like you, and others

Don't think to create 1L or 50k from first 10k... just focus on how longer you can sustain that money...

When you have spent enpugh time like six months of continuos trading everyday and feel confident ... then add 10k more to your account...

Tips

  • Don't start trading without a job, you will earn more (since you have created a post I assume you want to become a serious trader)... you will have to learn to manage your time.. its very important... job is to keep you stable and confident...
  • Paper trading will not help you much as you won't learn the psychology a trader faces when he is in loss or gain (hence recommened at max 10k, otherwise your choice).
  • never add more that 10k to your account if our are starting fresh and can't handle huge money.
  • never trade from money which is a liability (like loan or parent's money that's why I suggested a job for you)
  • regarding learning you don't need to have 1-1 coaching or something... if you focus on concepts.. you can learn them from youtube.. though it will be difficult
  • don't go with anyone's tip (not even new channels or telegram groups) ... consider all as fraud
  • consider becoming a trader only if you wish to invest considerable time (Traders do not become one overnight... it takes around 2-3 years of continous trading for you to be profitable) ... (you can see on every online live trading channel that some trades go -ve must they maintain ther SL) ... you too have to learn to train your mind... join a live trading channel and learn to analyse and observe
