Hi. I did snapay 50k transaction using scb smart cb card. Usually I got 2% cb with in few days till last month. But have not received this month.
Anyone received this month? Their customer care is just pathetic and everytime I need to escalate my issue to RBI after 30 days.

Yes same with me. No cashback points in last 15 days. seems they are doing something in background. From last 1 month cashback points are same not increasing.
Its confirmed that now scb cb period changed from calendar month to statement cycle.
