Bought 32 Inches Kodak TV, barely lasted a year...first motherboad gone, then the screen, in my opinion all these well known brands of past trying to cash in their once held reputation using cheap Chinese hardwares, I would suggest you not to go with them.

@Keval Areas with poor AC frequency/voltage/surges/ lightning strike are more susceptible irrespective of brand. Are you a victim of one of these?

None dear, I didn't have any of the issues you mentioned, my Philips TV lasted more than 5 years before developing some minor issue.

These are Chinese assembled shit.

i bought thompson 32 inch tv(not smart) on oct. 2019 at flipkart for rs. 4500. exactly after one and half years the motherboard gone kaput. then i bought a chinese motherboard cost me rs. 950 from a local shop. after installing chinese board i feel the sound and picture qualities improved somewhat. Of course I can feel it.😊

Bought coocaa 43s6g Pro in 2020 when the brand was just launched and they had promised gv and then extended warranty but they failed in both aspects and in just some 21-22 months the TV malfunctioned

The company technician had said that whole panel will be replaced and then we took it to multiple local vendors and they told us that only the tcon board needs replacement which is shorted but we are not able to find the board for this tv yet in any local market.

All in all 20k gone down the drain.

I emailed them and getting response after a week stating to pay first for technician visit. I contacted local shop to repair for 2300Rs. Better not to go with thomson tvs..
