i think 3% gst. if order is cancelled then you have to request them they will reverse all the charges

2 months ago customer care didn't coperate for cancellation saying cancellation is more costly than paying EMI. It was 3 month tenure

Its costlier to cancel EMI than paying it off. Charges show in app before cancellation.

Don't know about recent changes but in Dec, 2022 i cancelled an emi for 30000 rs product within 7 days and every charge including gst was reversed and reward points were credited as well. You can Call customer care for latest information about the emi cancellation charges.
