Anyone know what's the recharge plan for prepaid jio sim just for data? Earlier we had 30gb, 40gb, 50gb data only plan without any base plan. But now its not working for 30gb data which is under "data only plan" column in myjio app. when I asked with customer care,.she told we need base plan also. Is it true ? Or is there any other plan which is only data?

Yes, i recharged with 219 pack which says data only pack, but not getting internet. Customer care says I need to recharge with a base plan too

I had the 219 30GB data plan without any base plan for the past month(expired 3 days back) and it worked just fine.
