I have enough lounge acess only worried about limited set of cards they do accept.

QR is a hit or miss at any lounge. I guess it depends on the person at the desk at that time. Don't take the risk of QR

All rupay debit cards and some premium credit cards (they have a list on the counter). Lounge is quite small. Food can be selected from a fixed and limited menu (they have a menu card from which you can select one). You get a view of runway. That sums it up about the zesto lounge. If you have limited complimentary lounge access, I would suggest not wasting them in Patna.
