Even Personal Chat section shows Same Message Two times.

I wish They Give Dimes [ Two times also ]

But they have put their 99.9 % energy to protect that error in the case of Dimes !!

getting duplicate notification for the same incidence

out of 2 one notification stuck for 1 or 2 weeks and then disappear from notification bell

This happens when the person who tags you edits his comment. So it creates a duplicate notification. Also these notifications get stuck and are only marked as read by clicking on "Mark all as read" button.
